That’s what a wedding boils down to, the love for one another, wanting to join together and create your own little family along with the love and support from families as they become a larger more extended family but yeah LOVE. that is it.

This beautiful wedding of John & Kristina in Hamilton was just brimming with LOVE and happiness.
Starting the day at her parents place, surrounded by family and friends,add in a hairdresser, photographer all there to help Krisitna get ready for that march down the ailse to John at st Columba’s church in Hamilton. They asked their local Palmerston north priest to travel up and help marry them on the day, adding yet another layer of love and support for their marriage. Such a beautiful ceremony, surrounded by family and friends and god to pledge their love to one another, and off to Parana Park Hamilton to get photos – complete with gumboots – for the whole bridal party – although someone may have ended up with a wet foot ….

Gordonton hall provided a great area for family and friends to gather for family photos, as well as for dinner , some slightly embarrassing speeches – but hey that’s what siblings are for and lots of dancing – lots of groovy dancing…. which went well into the night with a heap of party animals rounding out a great day.
